I don't ever remember catching Salmon this time of year in Mexico Bay. No one can figure it out. Weather has still been a factor. Saturday had 4 to 5 footers but yesterday the lake layed down and the sun come out. We set lines in 100 foot of water at 6:30am. Water temp 45 and the water was a little cloudy. No takers on Evil Emil or MJ 100's today. Ran the new Milk proto type down the middle 35 down 70 back and took a 12lb brown and a King right away. Ran the Belding Bait Glow (K-92) on the outside rigger 100 back 65 down and took 1 and lost 1. As the sun came up higher switched to Lemon Limes (K-8) and took 3, one right after the other 65 and 85 down in 150 ft of water. We ended up 7 for 10. 1 brown 1 steele and the rest kings. I spoke to Casey who told me the Milk proto type and the OJ worked for them. The 100SK Evil Emil (K-30) continues to work on the browns. Thanks again. Keith Verheeck
